Payment is expected at the time of service and you will be charged regardless of whether or not you show. At the time of scheduling, I will ask you for your credit or debit card as assurance of payment of services.
Fees are $100.00 per 45-50 minutes, $120.00 per 60 minute session, and $145.00 per 75-85 minutes. The initial Pre-treatment Assessment is $190.00 I do accept some forms of health insurance such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, Medicaid, and Tri-Care.
In some cases, I do offer a sliding fee service. Be sure and inquire about this.
